Appointments & Bookings

  • To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (480) 257-1971. Our staff will assist you with booking and answer any initial questions you may have.

  • No referral is required. Patients may schedule an appointment directly with City Orthopedic and Spine.

  • Yes. Same-day or next-day appointments are available depending on provider availability and the nature of your condition.

  • Please bring a valid driver’s license and your insurance card. If you have prior medical records or imaging related to your condition, those may also be helpful.

New Patients

  • At your first visit, you will meet with a doctor to discuss your symptoms and medical history. A clinical evaluation will be performed, and you may receive immediate therapy. Medication may be prescribed if medically appropriate.

  • Yes. We treat both new injuries and chronic conditions involving the spine, joints, and musculoskeletal system.

  • We treat a wide range of neurological, muscular, skeletal, and soft tissue conditions, including disc herniations, disc displacements, spinal subluxations, torn rotator cuffs, shoulder pain, knee pain, ligament injuries, and other musculoskeletal injuries.

  • Yes. Based on your evaluation, a treatment plan will be discussed and outlined during your initial visit.

  • Yes. We frequently treat patients who have been injured in auto accidents and provide coordinated care to support recovery.
