Appointments & Bookings

To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (480) 257-1971. Our staff will assist you with booking and answer any initial questions you may have.

No referral is required. Patients may schedule an appointment directly with City Orthopedic and Spine.

Yes. Same-day or next-day appointments are available depending on provider availability and the nature of your condition.

Please bring a valid driverβs license and your insurance card. If you have prior medical records or imaging related to your condition, those may also be helpful.
New Patients

At your first visit, you will meet with a doctor to discuss your symptoms and medical history. A clinical evaluation will be performed, and you may receive immediate therapy. Medication may be prescribed if medically appropriate.

Yes. We treat both new injuries and chronic conditions involving the spine, joints, and musculoskeletal system.

We treat a wide range of neurological, muscular, skeletal, and soft tissue conditions, including disc herniations, disc displacements, spinal subluxations, torn rotator cuffs, shoulder pain, knee pain, ligament injuries, and other musculoskeletal injuries.
